Principal Engineer
Edward Scoular has over twenty-five years of
engineering experience in a variety of
industries with an emphasis on earth sciences.
These industries include mining, foundation
remediation, retaining wall construction,
landslide analysis and geotechnical engineering.
Mr. Scoular specializes in engineer evaluations
of foundations, foundation design, retaining
wall design and forensic investigation. He is a
registered professional engineer in the State of
Texas and also in Canada.
